Designing a collection of textile banners made in collaboration with refugee women that would communicate the issues they face to the public. The final pieces went onto tour museums in Manchester and will now be on long-term display. This project included planning and delivering a 5 month series of workshops for the refugee women, exploring textile techniques, design, subjects to cover and producing the banner. Also involved helping plan the launch and event and developing the script for the ladies to explain the banners to the public.
